A $55 fee books you a one hour private studio visit, which honors the artist's time and removes pressure on you to buy. $50 will be applied to art purchases made during your visit.

Studio contemporary (studio C for short) makes art and artists accessible. Galleries and museums serve as our primary points of contact with art, and it isn't enough. Artists live and work in communities that are stronger and more vibrant when given opportunities to thrive.

Studio C is a perfect tool if you're looking for new artwork that speaks to your particular tastes. Unlike online galleries, we offer an opportunity to meet artists and see artwork in person before you buy, a necessary component of making an informed decision. The most important difference from galleries, however, is that we don't take commissions or profit from art sales. Instead, studio C provides artists a more equitable and consistent means to support themselves and their families.

Booking time in artists' studios while on travel also allows you and your family to get to know a new place with a personal touch and the potential for friendships forged in shared ideas.
